Member Announcements

WPN Members may make announcements at each meeting during table networking, or to the entire group which relates to their own business or nonprofit organizations they support at the end of our program, if time allows. Members are welcome to utilize and display announcement information on our Member Information Table each month.

How do we define an announcement?

An announcement is:

  • An event you are promoting
  • A class or seminar you are offering
  • A business open house or celebration you are having
  • A limited-time special your business is offering
  • Special recognition to you or another have received

An announcement is NOT:

  • A general business promotion
  • A general introduction to yourself or you business
  • A personal announcement (but please submit these for website and newsletter publication)

WPN Membership Name Tags

New members will receive a complimentary name tag upon registering and paying for their membership.

Please visit our Request a Name Tag page to submit your name tag request. Please ensure all information on your name tag order is spelled correctly and exactly how you want it printed. Name tags are ordered once per month, and are available at the following monthly breakfast meeting.

If members have lost or would like a name or business change on their name tag, please submit your name tag request by visiting Request a Name Tag page to place your order for your replacement name tag.

There is a $10.00 cost for new name tags.

Cell Phones

We kindly ask you to silence your cell phones during our meetings

Handouts

We ask that you refrain from handing out business materials, except during table networking. Members are welcome to leave brochures or fliers on the WPN Member Information Table. Please take any remaining materials with you when you leave.

Who May Attend a WPN Meeting?

WPN welcomes all women to meetings from age sixteen and up, with no age restrictions.

Reservations

RSVPs’ are requested. We accept RSVP’s for members and guests online.

Registration will be closed on the Sunday prior to the Breakfast Meeting at 11:59PM PST.

Those who wish to attend after the deadline will need to register and pay at the door.

Walk-in guests and members are always welcome. Our meeting fees include breakfast, networking, and the speaker.

$25 - WPN Members with RSVP
$30 - WPN Members or Guests without RSVP
$30 - Guests with RSVP

Guests may attend two meetings before joining. Previous members may attend once as a guest, and will then be asked to you to join again as a new member.

Guests

After attending two meetings as a guest, we ask that you join in order to continue attending. Past members may attend once as a guest.

Cancellations

WPN must pay for every reservation, therefore no reimbursements can be made if you cannot attend after registering for a meeting.

Membership Dues & Renewals

Memberships are renewed annually from the date that you join.

Membership Refund

Membership dues are eligible for a partial refund if requested within 30 days of joining. Requests can be made by sending an email to wpn@www.wpnbellingham.org.

In the email, please state the reason for membership cancellation. There will be a $10 processing fee and $10 name tag fee deducted from the total amount paid.
